How do I send my jeans to you for repair?
Once you place an order, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply pack your clean denim in a secure mailer, attach the label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
What is the typical turnaround time?
Our standard repair process takes 7 to 10 business days from the moment we receive your denim at our workshop. You will receive a tracking number once your repaired items are headed back to you.
Can you fix large holes or crotch blowouts?
Yes, we specialize in darning and reinforcement techniques that rebuild the fabric structure, making large holes and blowouts nearly invisible and much stronger than before.
Do I need to wash my denim before shipping?
Yes, for the health and safety of our tailors, we require all denim to be freshly laundered before being sent in. Unwashed items may be subject to a cleaning fee or returned unrepaired.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the repair?
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If the repair does not meet your expectations or fails within 30 days, we will rework the item at no additional cost to you.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we provide repair services and shipping within the United States and Canada. We hope to expand our denim restoration services globally in the near future.
